Phil and Ceri Hamlen would like to welcome you to Brigsham Lodge, The Annexe.

What's on offer

Our fully equipped one bedroom maisonette, comprises of bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. There is seating for 2 at the bistro table with a high chair and stair gate, being provided on request. It has its own private entrance, with Phil and Ceri living in the main house all your needs can be provided.


Exclusive use of the Hot Tub and games room can also be arranged. Ample parking is available right outside the door.


Due to the maisonette being upstairs it does not have access for wheel chair users.

The bedroom has a king size bed and a smart television with free sat. Plenty of draw and hanging space. A dressing table with hair dryer. A travel cot can also be provided on request. The bathroom has an electric shower, toilet and basin. A shaver socket and a heated towel rail. The kitchen provides you with adequate space to cook, with an oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. There are plates, bowls, pots and pans, knives, forks and spoons and all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay. You will get a welcome breakfast pack as part of your stay. There is a supermarket located just 1 mile away. Information leaflets on local attractions are available in the hall along with information about local restaurants, pubs, and taxi companies. If there is something you can’t find, we also offer full internet access within the flat. Locally sourced produce can be found in the town especially on market days with the first Sunday of every month seeing the town closed to vehicles for its Frome traders market.

Attractions

Brigsham Lodge is situated on the Wiltshire Somerset border in the heart of some beautiful countryside scenery. The closest town is Frome, which boasts to be one of the most sought after places to live in the country. It has many attractions including the Frome Memorial Theatre, the Cheese and Grain and The Merlin Theatre for any avid theatre goers. Some of the best eclectic shopping, coffee shops bars and restaurants.
Bath is the closest city, heralding some stunning architecture, the Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa and the Theatre Royal. This historic city has much to offer including museums, amazing shopping and the renown Christmas Markets.


Longleat safari Park is on the doorstep, you can even hear the Seals playing in the lake, on a quiet day. Longleat offers a vast array of activities, including the historic house, world famous mazes, safari park animals, walks through the stunning forest and also the Longleat Forest Centre Parks. You can purchase tickets for Aqua Sana, the Centre Parks, Longleat Forest Spa, which is an absolutely amazing experience.


Somerset is one of the most beautiful areas of the UK with stunning scenery and historic places to visit, within an hours drive you can find, Glastonbury and the Tor, King Arthurs Tower, Stourhead house and gardens, Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge to name but a few.

In Wiltshire you will find some very picturesque villages such as Castle Combe, which sits at the lower end of the Cotswolds, it also has its very own racing circuit.

There are many other towns and cities locally to Brigsham Lodge, Westbury, Warminster and the very pretty Bradford-on-Avon, with Bristol and all it has to offer.
